New mold curtain brackets
From the start of the year we are using new brackets on mold curtains for the
magnets. Lighter and easier to adjust.

2018: “FDA” mold curtains with food contact safe fabric certificate
Since the injection molded products can be in contact with food or
can be used in the medical field,
we got several inquires for mold curtains made with the food contact safe fabric.
Beside the special fabric used in this side mold curtains,
the aluminum frame parts are not painted but black anodized,
the frame is closed, so impurities can not enter into the frame.
2017: Updated brackets for mold curtains
The mold curtains got design update for better performance and nicer look.
With strong magnets the mold curtain can be fixed on the mold plates or directly on the mold.
The brackets can be moved up or down along the mold curtain frame for perfect fixture.

New black magnets
The mold funnels and the soft flap have new magnets.
They are still very strong, but now they are covered with protective
elastomeric material, so the surface of the machine can not be scratched.

Mold slides go big!
We have made the mold slides for multinational company for sanitary equipment,
with the size 1500x1000mm, 1000x800mm and others
Due to the fact, that injection molded parts have more than 500g,
special hooks were developed in order to hold the fabric on the frame.
2014:
Custom double funnel
Customized double funnel is finished, where left and right injected part,
slide trough each funnel separately to the front of the machine.
2013:
Laser cutting of fabric
Our special multilayer fabric is now cut using laser technology, with 0,1mm accuracy.
New lighter frame introduced
Different, lighter type of frame is introduced, remaining in rounded edition and in beautiful black finish.
2012:
Black chains introduced
The existing chains for positioning and fixation of the slide have been upgraded with black edition.

The existing frame of the slide have been upgraded with black edition.
2011:
Rounded frame introduced
New rounded frame directs product falling on the edge onto the slide.
2010:
New improved sliding material
After a lot of testing, the new multilayer slide material is introduced.
Slides have now better structured material with improved properties.
History
The development of the slides began naturally out the need to solve the problem of falling ejected injection molded products.
In order to make the cycle as short as possible and to produce more products in the same time frame,
the parts should be ejected as soon as possible, when the product core is not yet entirely frozen.
This led to damaged parts as the product hit collection box or other products already there.
Especially it was problematic, when the parts were made out transparent material such as Polycarbonate, PMMA, SAN or PS.
We found out, that we have to catch the product on soft surface and then remove it away from the area,
where the next product is going to fall.
The core problem is falling of thousands of (sharp) pieces on the very same spot all the time.
We tried & tested many materials, soft ones, silicone ones, fiber glass reinforced ones…
and no material meet all our expectations and endured the test of time.
Either it was not soft enough
or not durable enough
or not temperature resistant enough
or it did not enable easy sliding of the product.
Only when we developed special multi layered slide,
where the upper layers function as a very easy gliding slide material and
lower stronger layers function as the carrier of the collision force, we managed to solve the problem…
And then we made another one, and another one for the company nearby.
They liked the product and we made several more for them, and then soon also for other companies.
…And since that in we made more than 900 mold slides and funnels
constantly improving the design and the features!
After the slides, also the inquires for the mold funnels came and
very soon we also stared to develop the mold curtains,
which prevent falling of the just made and ejected products sideways and all over the machine.
The number of produced mold curtains is almost reaching the number of produced mold slides & funnels.
